- Payment Plan Year is January – December
- Plans renew every year on January 1st regardless of initial enrollment date. Watch for communication each year for re-enrollment to secure your child's place in their class.
- All tuition payments are managed through Brightwheel via direct debit or credit card with an additional 2.9% credit card processing fee. This processing fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Payment in full by January 1st receives a 2% discount on tuition (full year).
- Payments are due monthly.
- Drop-in days may be available with advance notification and approval by the Director. See the Parent Manual for details.
- There will be a $1 per minute charge for early drop-off or late pick-up past your SCHEDULED time.
- If you are dropping off LATER than your scheduled time, please contact us ahead of time to plan for staffing.
- To withdraw a student, you must submit the Early Learning Intent to Withdraw form to the Early Learning Director 14 calendar days prior to your student's last day. Otherwise, you will be charged a final half month's tuition.
To be considered withdrawn, both parents or legal guardians must complete, sign, and submit an INTENT TO WITHDRAW FORM to the Business Office.
